President Biden’s wife was on “CBS Mornings” this week telling the kind of whoppers I thought only her husband could tell (“Guaranteed: Jill Biden says ‘it’s obvious that Joe will win this election,’” web, April 4).

Mrs. Biden was challenged by one of the interviewers, who asked about the president’s low poll numbers. She aggressively snapped back, saying people can choose between “chaos” or “steady, wisdom, experience.” When asked about recent polling data showing Mr. Biden losing to challenger Donald Trump in all battleground states, she said: “No, he’s not losing in all the battleground states. He’s coming up, and he’s even or doing better.”

That was another baldfaced lie. She also said, “Once people start to focus in and they see their two choices, it’s obvious that Joe will win this election.”

Birds of a feather flock together. The first lady wants her husband to continue to destroy the country as we know it with his many dictates to the people.

Mr. Biden isn’t by any stretch of the imagination steady, not in movement, speech or “leadership.” His wisdom, if he ever had any, is long gone. He is a laughingstock in the eyes of our enemies and derelict in his duty to protect the country at its southern border, allowing terrorists and drugs to enter at will.

As for his 50 years of experience, the only thing Mr. Biden will be remembered for is being the worst president this country has ever seen.
