President Biden’s unconstitutional actions include numerous executive orders. With one, he created a temporary amnesty program for illegal aliens. Yet only Congress has the power to establish rules of naturalization (see Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution).

Another violation is of Article 2, Section 3. In his refusal to execute the enforcement of federal immigration law, Mr. Biden has failed to faithfully execute the laws of the United States.

Finally, there’s his plan to “forgive” student loan debt to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution mandates that money to be drawn from the Treasury must be removed as a consequence of appropriation by law. Allowing Mr. Biden to use this money to effectively buy votes is in violation of this provision.

All three of these are impeachable offenses, but we know that will not happen. Still, these violations qualify the man to be thrown out of office, beginning with our November votes and culminating with his departure from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. on Jan. 20, 2025.
