OPINION:
The top job of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris is to defend the United States and protect its citizens.
What right or authority do either of them have to go against our laws on border security/protection and immigration? Both of them act criminally every day by using an executive order to open our borders to illegal invaders and the Mexican cartels.
If anyone has committed a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violation, it is Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris, aiding the Mexican cartels.
Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris were supposedly so concerned for our safety in recent years that they used an executive order to force people to get COVID-19 shots, wear masks and shut down businesses. Yet when it comes to an invasion of our country by illegal aliens who have not been vaccinated or even screened for diseases, we should feel that they have our safety as a priority? I don’t think so.
These two are using the Justice Department and the FBI to go after people who disagree with their lawlessness. Just look at the suit against Texas for putting water barriers up so illegals cannot cross into the state.
The federal government says it’s responsible for border security, but they do no actual border security. Who is left to protect our nation?
If a Fulton County, Georgia, prosecutor can charge former President Donald Trump with questioning the 2020 election, it seems to me that a border state such as Texas or Arizona (or even a county prosecutor) ought to be able to bring RICO charges from a grand jury against both Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris.
Since taking office, Mr. Biden has spent untold billions of taxpayer dollars to take care of over 8 million illegal aliens. This does not count the costs from cities, counties or states.
Mr. Biden and Ms. Harris are the real criminals here, since their policies disregard our current laws and work against every citizen of the United States.
