This is America. This is the land of the free, supposedly. So why were thousands of American citizens fired for refusing to take the Covid shots, especially when many cited religious exemptions? Here’s a clue: Covid brought out the tyrants in government and media. And these tyrants pretty much ran roughshod over the Constitution, the notion of God-given liberties and even common sense, all at a time when cooler heads were most needed.
Mike Donio, a research scientist with a background in molecular biology, tried to refuse the Covid shot based on religious exemption, but he was denied. When he still refused the shot, he was fired.
“The more I dug and found out about it [the shots], the more I realized it was similar to technology I used throughout my career to engineer cell lines to study the functions of different proteins to test drugs on,” Donio says. “I said, why would you want to put this in humans? There were so many red flags.”
But those who asked the questions — those who raised the red flags — were the ones who were attacked, criticized, vilified and ultimately, fired.
And now we have the same government bureaucrats who told lies about the efficacy of the Covid shots telling us to get more boosters, and to make sure and boost our children, as well. When does it stop? When does sanity, and sound science, see a return?
