Mosab Hassan Yousef is the son of a founder of Hamas, and he told a Fox News audience that in a matchup between Hamas and ISIS to determine which is more dangerous — it’s the former, by a long shot.

This, as Joe Biden, president of the free world and supposedly the most powerful man on the planet, strolls gently along beachy shores with his wife, Jill. Can you say, ‘What about the hostages, Joe?”

A reporter did.

A reporter on Rehoboth Beach at the same time the president and first lady were strolling shot off a question about the Americans held by Hamas and on video, for all the world to see, Biden waved his hand. Be off with you, peon! Can’t you see I’m busy enjoying the beach?

“Video of Joe Biden on the Beach Sparks Outrage From Republicans,” Newsweek put it in a headline.

More than Republicans.

“Joe Biden slammed for beach vacation as war rages in the Middle East,” Sky News Australia wrote in a different headline. And that news clip went on to report how Biden was fielding plenty of fire on social media for his beach walk.

Meanwhile, rap artist 50 Cent posted a scathing criticism of Biden’s mini-vacation on Instagram, alongside the caption, “Hey Joe get the f— up, we in trouble man!”

Must be nice to be so oblivious.

Mental illness does have its upside, it seems.

Meanwhile, the rest of the world is dealing with this realization — from the mouth of Yousef on Fox: “I think Hamas is a lot more dangerous [than ISIS]. Look at the division and the global confusion because of Hamas. They brought us to our knees somehow by their brutality and their barbarism. Brutality is even understating Hamas’ acts. Hamas is a religious movement, and they are a raging religious movement against Israel. The mainstream media cannot say this, because they are afraid to ignite a religious war. And what I say — it already is. They want to annihilate the Jewish people because they are Jewish people, because they are a Jewish state.”

Biden, by contrast, post-Israel trip, continued to double down on his claim that Hamas does not represent the Palestinian people — that Hamas is simply a wayward terrorist organization without Palestinian support. Fact is, though, in 2006 elections, Hamas won 76 of the 132 seats in Parliament, giving it massive influence over how peace deals and peace talks and peace itself progress with Israel.

That means something.

That says something about Palestinian support for Hamas.

Now fast-forward to Oct. 7 and the world sees how Palestinian-supported Hamas truly views prospects for peace with Israel.

Hamas wants to destroy the Jewish nation and eradicate Jews from the face of the earth. That’s a tough negotiation for Israel to engage in; how to strike a deal with a force that desires only your obliteration? That’s not so much a political difference as an antisemitic hate.

“They are driven by dark hatred toward a race, toward a nation,” Yousef said, of Hamas.

Failing to recognize that motivation is dangerous because it presents the untrue idea that discussion and diplomacy can lead to resolution. It can’t. It won’t.

And this White House, ever the faint of heart on matters of war and military engagement and enemies of freedom, only jeopardizes Israel’s standing with the world community by entertaining any notion that talk will make Hamas walk — to include a notion that suggests Israel should go soft and slow and gentle in its military response to the terror attack, so as to avoid unnecessary exacerbation of tensions. As if “death to Israel, death to Jews” weren’t already at DEFCON 1.

Hamas, because of their Islamic zealotry and their evil hearts, hates Jews and wants to kill Jews.

Biden, his White House and his apologists and fawners in the media better get with the realization of the roots of this Hamas terror assault against Israel before the narrative gets watered and softened even more and soon enough, the terrorist narrative seizes the day and it’s the Jewish people who are the aggressors and the Palestinians, the poor victims.

Wars aren’t just won by military might. They’re won by words and propaganda. And this White House and its enablers are stepping dangerously close toward helping terrorists achieve their propaganda wins.
