In the first Republican presidential debate since Hamas attacked Israel, all five GOP candidates on the debate stage Wednesday night said they would support Israel fully in its fight to wipe out the terrorist group.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he would urge Israeli Prime Minster Benjamin Netanyahu to “finish the job once and for all.”
“They would wipe every Jew off the globe if they could,” he said of Hamas.
Former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley said, “Finish them, finish them. The only thing we should be doing is supporting [Israel] and ellminating Hamas.”
She also criticized China for funding Iran through oil purchases, calling it an “unholy alliance.”
Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy said Israel should “smoke the terrorists,” and Sen. Tim Scott, South Carolina Republican, said strikes against Iran would stop further attacks on Israel.
