The general consensus among experts seems to be that the next deadly pandemic may very well be airborne, like COVID-19, and that cleaning surfaces, purifying food and water, and eliminating mosquitoes won’t stop it.

Worse, it could arrive within a decade or so. Granted, this is a worst-case scenario, but it’s one we must prepare for.

The experts also conclude that the best solution for our crowded cities will necessitate something more than ventilation and air filters. It may require things like germ-killing light bulbs.

In addition, it will require a well-funded and White House-supported Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, dedicated researchers around the country and individual inventors who can advance scientific breakthroughs. We have our goal.
