Do you go to church? There are studies showing that church isn’t just a positive for spiritual development, but also good for mental and physical health.

One recent study of 19,000 participants actually found that those who go to church are less lonely — and that means they don’t engage in the behaviors of the lonely. And if you take into consideration the finding that lonely people, on average, live 15 years less than non-lonely people, you could actually say: Going to church is a life-saver.
