President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will make a joint appearance in Philadelphia next week, the White House announced Wednesday.

The two will tout their economic agenda during the Feb. 3 stop in the city.

“They will discuss the progress we have made and their work implementing the Biden-Harris economic agenda that continues to deliver results for the American people,” the White House said.

No further details were provided.

Mr. Biden, who spent his earlier childhood in Scranton, Pennsylvania, before moving to neighboring Delaware, has made frequent stops in the Keystone State since taking office.

The trip to Philadelphia will cap a multicity push by the president to highlight infrastructure projects along the I-95 corridor.

Mr. Biden will travel to Baltimore on Jan. 30 to promote a project to replace the 150-year-old Potomac Tunnel that the White House says will “address the largest bottleneck for commuters on the Northeast Corridor between Washington, D.C., and New Jersey.”

The president will travel the next day to New York City to deliver remarks on the Hudson River Tunnel project that the White House expects to “improve reliability for the 200,000 passenger trips per weekday on Amtrak and New Jersey Transit.”

Both projects are funded by the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill Mr. Biden signed in November 2021.
