In 2020, Joe Biden promised Americans that if they elected him president, he would restore “honor and decency to the White House.”

Mr. Biden was looking to capitalize on the chaos that often defined the Trump administration, assuring voters he was nothing more than a milquetoast centrist eager to return the U.S. to “normalcy.”

Now, more than three years into his presidency, one must ask: What exactly is the Biden White House trying to “normalize”?

Last week, first lady Jill Biden released a disturbing Christmas video of transgender dancers prancing through the West Wing. The display featured a dystopian “Hunger Games”/“Clockwork Orange” aesthetic, with dancers wearing masks and headpieces having nothing to do with the holiday.

Dorrance Dance, the company featured in Mrs. Biden’s video, is more of a radical left-wing activist group than an artistic ensemble, performing in the service of such causes as prison abolition, defunding the police and fighting “anti-racism,” according to its website.

Dorrance Dance also promotes “INCITE! Women of Color Against Violence,” which embraces the antisemitic slogan “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free.” The company also has a full page on its site dedicated to teaching White people to “check their privilege.”

Not even Christmas is off-limits in the Biden White House’s pursuit of its divisive diversity, equity and inclusion agenda.

Don’t be fooled into thinking the hiring of Dorrance Dance, funded by you, the taxpayer, was a mere oversight by the first lady’s office. This administration, after all, recruited TikTok persona Benny Drama — he of the long nails and white skirt — to perform a skit at the White House where he played an overly enthusiastic “Gen Z intern” to promote COVID-19 vaccinations.

In July, President Biden himself chose to sit down with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney — and not anyone in the mainstream news media — for an interview at the White House.

“I get to sit down with Joe Biden and NowThisNews, and I get to ask him a few questions surrounding trans issues in the United States and talk to him about my trans-ness,” the activist said in a video posted to TikTok. Mulvaney is most famous for the huge public relations headache and plunging sales sparked by an ill-fated stint of commercials for Bud Light beer.

A month prior, in June, the White House hosted an LBGTQ Pride Party, where one of the guests, a transgender model, bared his surgically enhanced breasts on the South Lawn after posing for a picture with the first couple. (The White House did have the decency — or the shame — to ban the flasher/influencer from all future events.)

Within the Biden administration, there’s been an outsized push to hire transgender activists despite the fact that they represent a mere 1.3% of the nation’s adult population.

Trans woman Rachel Levine currently serves as an assistant secretary in the Department of Health and Human Services. And who can forget Sam Brinton, Mr. Biden’s former deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy?

Mr. Brinton was fired last year after repeatedly stealing other people’s luggage at airports. The erstwhile government employee is nonbinary, uses “they” pronouns, and frequently wears makeup and women’s clothing.

Is this the “honor and decency” Mr. Biden promised us?

The erosion of decorum extends beyond his administration’s transgender activism. In July, a still-unexplained plastic bag of cocaine was found in the vestibule of a White House lobby. Just last week, a Democratic staffer was caught having sex in a Senate hearing room. The staffer was caught because he filmed it and posted the recording in an online chat room.

He was perhaps taking a cue from the president’s son Hunter Biden, who felt it necessary to record his prostitute and drug binges and post them on his laptop. We don’t have enough space in this column to address all of Hunter’s escapades over the years. We’re just glad the Biden family finally acknowledged his illegitimate daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, in July after four years of ignoring her.

Rather than hanging their grandchildren’s stockings on the White House mantel this year — as has been tradition — the Bidens opted for ribbons instead. Poor Navy was snubbed again.

Think what you will of former President Donald Trump, but his administration was never found guilty of bringing drugs into the White House, having naked men on display on its grounds, or hiring people with mental illnesses.

I would take Mr. Trump’s impolitic late-night tweets over the Biden administration’s broad-daylight celebrations of sexual exhibition and moral decay, all in an effort to normalize the abnormal.
