Geraldo Rivera of Fox News fame — or semi-nude selfie post-to-Twitter fame, however you look at it, potatoes, potahtoes — but yes, anyway, that Geraldo Rivera took to social media to backstab, er, fault Donald Trump for his “undermine” of America’s “faith in our elections,” and said: “Without fealty to the Constitution, we’re 2d rate.”

Say hello to Geraldo, America’s Constitution expert. Not.

Remember this from 2021?

“Gerald Rivera Blasts ‘Vaccinated D—Heads’ Who Urge Rejecting Vaccines for ‘Freedom,’” as Newsweek put it, in an October headline.

That was when he went on Twitter and expressed “zero tolerance for anti-Vaxers” and added, “Most of all, I detest vaccinated d— heads who urge the unvaccinated to ‘fight for their freedom,’ the mob urging the man on ledge to jump.”

Prior, in July 2021, it was this from Rivera: “If you’re unvaccinated then you should at least get tested every week, on your own or understand why you are banned from the VA, why you are banned from restaurants, why you are banned from other businesses and colleges increasingly, and they should be. Because it’s selfish. If you are unvaccinated and you are going around without being tested, you are an arrogant, selfish, SOB.”

That must be from the new section of the Constitution — the secret section only Rivera and his special friends have access to read.

“I do not believe ‘my body, my choice,’ when it comes to the damn vaccine,” he also said, during this same Fox News appearance.

Interesting “fealty to the Constitution” take.

“No vaccine, no work, no school, no in-person shopping,” Rivera wrote on Twitter on July 13, 2021. “You have a right not to be vaccinated. I have the right to protect my kids.”

Again, with the secret Constitution.

Fast-forward to today, and it’s more of the same from Rivera, this time, with Trump as his target.

“Election Deniers depress me,” he just wrote on Twitter. “I blame President Trump for his shameful campaign to slander and undermine American faith in our elections. For all his positive accomplishments, and there are many, I could never support him again. Without fealty to the Constitution, we’re 2d rate.”

Gimme a break.

The only thing second rate here is Rivera’s understanding of the Constitution. With legal experts like him, who needs communists.
