OPINION:
Only a few more weeks are left before the November midterms and Democrats are swept from office. So the deep state has swung into high gear to take down as many MAGA-types as possible — the latest, of course, being Mike Lindell.
Welcome to the new America.
The MyPillow guy was trying to order some food at a fast-food drive-up when several unmarked vehicles swung before him and behind him and to the side of him, blocking him in and holding him hostage. FBI agents emerged from the cars and demanded his cellphone. Lindell’s crime?
He supports former President Donald Trump.
“Cars pulled up in front of us, to the side of us and behind us and I said, ‘These are either bad guys or the FBI,’” Lindell said on his podcast.
Really, what’s the difference?
The FBI has gone political. Agents are taking cues from their mafia busts of yesteryear — meaning, how to exact revenge on those outside the family circle. And the family circle is the Democratic Party.
“I’m not scared to go to jail,” Lindell said during an interview with ABC News. “I’m trying to save my country.”
That’s his crime, too — daring to put America on a pedestal, defying the leftist narrative that American Exceptionalism is code for racist.
There are many like Lindell nowadays who have been staunch defenders of the America First dream brought to the policy forefront by Trump and who are now facing the ire and feeling the Gestapo tactics of an unleashed left.
“Justice Dept. Issues 40 Subpoenas in a Week, Expanding Its Jan. 6 Inquiry,” The New York Times just reported.
That’s Jan. 6, 2021 — a year-and-a-half ago. Doesn’t the DOJ have anything better to use U.S. tax dollars to investigate by now?
“US issues 40 subpoenas about Trump’s failed bid to overturn the 2020 election,” The Guardian wrote.
Operation “Trump Takedown” seems in full swing.
The Democrats in this White House know full well that conservatives are on a fast track to gain political power this November, rendering President Biden utterly useless in advancing further the Davos-slash-globalist agenda through America. So rather than fighting for the American people, and facing the sad, failing policies of this sad, failing president, and offering up campaign visions that could truly benefit suffering citizens, the Democrats, in all their Marxist glories, have decided to take the easier route and attack, attack, attack, so as to distract, distract, distract.
Nothing like corralling a batch of so-called corrupt conservatives and perp-walking them before CNN cameras to remind the on-the-fence American voter that yes, Biden may have some stuff to fix, and that yes, inflation and gas prices may be higher-than-high — but the situation’s still better than what that dastardly Trump and his Trump-types would bring, yes?
If 40 won’t do the trick, there are 40 more — and 40 more after that.
“We are now officially living in a Weaponized Police State, Rigged Elections, and all,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social, in response to the confiscation of Lindell’s cell phone.
“Our Country is a laughing stock all over the World. The majesty of the United States is gone. Can’t let this happen,” he continued. TAKE BACK AMERICA!”
That’s the campaign message for this November, and beyond.
Take back America — and abolish the FBI.
And quickly. Before it’s too late. Before there’s no America to “take back” any longer.
