Elon Musk has a major organizational development task in front of him: to change the culture of Twitter (“Amy Klobuchar says she doesn’t trust Elon Musk at helm of Twitter,” Web, Oct. 30). This will require two significant alterations in the corporate environment. The first is to eliminate the main opinion and influence makers of the previous culture. The second is to inculcate new values, ideas and ways of doing things in the new organizational culture.

The sooner these things can be done, the sooner Twitter will become a free-speech-friendly environment for its users.
