So David McCormick, still in a close race with Mehmet Oz for the Pennsylvania GOP Senate nomination, has filed a lawsuit to have all unsigned mail-in ballots be counted in the primary election — without the legally required handwritten dates.

As a West Point graduate myself, I have a question for fellow West Point alumnus McCormick: Whatever happened to duty, honor and country? Either those ballots legally complied with the law or they did not. If the law says handwritten dates are required, then ballots without handwritten dates cannot be counted. Mr. McCormick, you either support the law or you do not.
