OPINION:
President Biden’s State of the Union was based on delusional rhetoric. He has blood on his hands for giving Vladimir Putin the green light to invade Ukraine, which stems from running out of Afghanistan like a coward.
Biden and the Democratic Party were derelict in their duties to protect Americans going all the way back to Benghazi. I also have a serious disdain for Russian communist politicians who in public profess to be our friends but behind closed doors support our enemies with weapons to kill us. Mr. Biden’s feckless address to the nation means nothing.
My generation was brought up to defend the weak and protect the innocent. Leaving women and children to be slaughtered by a homicidal maniac is not what Americans do. I went to Vietnam as a Marine to fight communism. I didn’t know Russia and China were also our enemies. We captured Chinese weapons and several Russian-made rockets and killed their Russian advisers. I hold them in contempt, considering I was wounded by rocket fire as they sighted in one of our tanks, killing all inside.
Mr. Biden’s incompetence has resulted in deaths. Using sanctions on a blood-thirsty animal like Mr. Putin as a deterrent against bullets doesn’t make sense. Mr. Biden could have stopped Mr. Putin when he saw the buildup on the border. Now he is guilty of treason for aiding and colluding with the enemy by buying Russian oil used for Mr. Putin’s war machine to kill the innocent.
The excuse that Ukraine wasn’t a NATO member is bogus; we are human allies and have a responsibility to the human race when tyrants attempt to murder us.
(Having said the above, I note that I recently received hate mail at my home, which I’ve sent to the authorities for investigation. If you don’t like what I have to say then by all means write about it in the newspapers — but don’t attack me where I live.)
