OPINION:
Shame on Sen. Mark Warner, Virginia Democrat, for signing a letter with over 20 other congressional Democrats urging Google to “restrict search results showing pro-life pregnancy centers” and calling such facilities “fake clinics” because they don’t kill preborn babies (“Democrats ask Google to rig searches,” Inside Politics, June 20).
The real reason Democrats don’t want women to find pro-life pregnancy centers on the internet is because the pro-life centers offer women who want to keep their baby whatever help they need, both before and after birth. Most pro-life centers have ultrasound machines, and once women see their babies, the vast majority want to keep them.
The pro-abortion set is once again showing that they lie. They say they want women to be free to choose — unless that choice is giving birth, which means a loss of revenue for the abortion industry.
Mr. Warner has stooped to attempting to deny women a choice. He’s promoting more killing for the money the abortion industry will provide his reelection campaign. A typical Democrat: Kill for cash.
