This isn’t exactly the type of product placement viewers expect on ESPN.
Former NFL linebacker Bart Scott gave advice to Bills quarterback Josh Allen on ESPN Thursday about how to combat the cold weather, as the wind chill in Buffalo for its playoff game against New England is expected to be below zero.
Instead of, you know, offering normal advice like your mother would give — such as wearing layers or using hand warmers — Scott pulled out his prescription pad.

“Take some Viagra before the game, baby,” Scott said. “That’ll get that circulation going right.”
Making the comment even funnier is that Scott was being 100% serious, even as the show’s host awkwardly tried to pivot and fellow analyst and former NFLer Damien Woody cracked up in disbelief.
“Viagra was first a heart medicine, right?” Scott continued. “So, it builds up circulation, which makes sure it gets circulation to the feet.”
In his career, Allen has a 50% completion percentage in freezing temperatures, with six touchdowns versus seven interceptions. But all of those games were without the little blue pill.
