OPINION:
“Mark Zuckerberg: Facebook suppressed Hunter Biden laptop story per FBI general request” (Web, Aug. 25) only further demonstrates problems with political activism at the FBI.
Somehow the top brass at the agency came to believe that spouting Democratic, British and Russian disinformation about Donald Trump was justified, owing to some imagined threat to national security. But how con Earth can Russia and China having intimate knowledge of Hunter Biden and the Biden family’s finances not be an even greater threat to national security?
The FBI is badgering Trump about keeping records relating to his presidency in a locked room, yet Russia and China have the ability to blackmail Joe Biden. Which is a greater threat to the U.S.?
