For the second day in a row, Giants outfielder Joc Pederson has gone viral for hitting a home run.
On Sunday, Pederson hit a leadoff slam just two pitches after Nationals infielder Lucius Fox threw up behind the mound. Then, on Monday, a Pederson homer made its way around social media for a more linguistically colorful reason.
After being heckled by Brewers fans before and during his at-bat in the eighth inning, Pederson smashed a two-run home run to give the Giants the lead. He took his time to admire the long ball, and when he crossed home plate, the former Dodgers star had some choice words for the heckling fan.

“Do that again you [expletive deleted],” Pederson yelled before running to the dugout. The Giants went on to win the game 4-2.

Pederson said during a post-game interview that the taunting got him “fired up.” Clearly so, as Pederson’s home run traveled 435 feet.
Pederson is off to the best start of his MLB career. The 30-year-old who hasn’t been an above-average hitter since 2019 is slashing a scorching hot .362/.392/.787 with a league-leading six home runs.
