OPINION:
Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19 and, like comedian Joe Rogan, acted quickly to take (gasp!) ivermectin, which detractors call a “horse dewormer” unfit for humans. Baloney! The Food and Drug Administration has approved it for human use. This amazing drug has saved hundreds of thousands of lives worldwide, a fact that escapes our biased media.
Two days after taking the drug, Rodgers said that he felt “incredibly well.” That should be the big story and people should be able to use ivermectin for COVID-19 if they want to do so. If it doesn’t work, so what? But it does work, and very well.
Former NFL player Terry Bradshaw tore into Rodgers, claiming the latter lied when he said he was immunized. That wasn’t a lie; Rodgers just meant that ivermectin was his “vaccine.” Stick with football, Mr. Bradshaw, and while you’re at it, educate yourself about this amazing drug.
