SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) - In a story March 27, 2021, about a rancher claiming rights to federal land access out of Santa Fe, New Mexico, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service revoked Craig Thiessen’s permit to graze cattle on public land. The U.S. Forest Service revoked the permit and sued Thiessen’s company to remove the cows.
