NASHUA, N.H. (AP) - The FBI and police in Nashua, New Hampshire, are seeking the public’s help regarding the disappearance of a woman who has been missing since January 2020.
The organizations said in a news release Monday that April Jean Bailey, 37, of Nashua, was last seen in the early evening hours of Jan. 15 that year leaving her apartment while carrying trash outside. She was wearing slippers, black sweatpants, and a big black jacket with fur around the hood.
“We are still relentlessly investigating the circumstances surrounding April’s disappearance, and any information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, may be important to finding her,” said Joseph R. Bonavolonta, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Boston Division.
Bailey is described as white, about 5-foot-3, 130 pounds, with long black hair and blue eyes. She has a butterfly tattoo on her right shoulder and a tattoo of the word “Damien” on her right ankle.
She has three children and has ties to Boston and to Glens Falls, New York.
The FBI has put out a missing person poster of Bailey.
