CHADRON, Neb. (AP) - Chadron State has scheduled five football games for this fall, all against fellow members of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.

The games will count as official NCAA contests, but there will be no RMAC championship and no standings kept.

The games will be at Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction on Oct. 10; at home against South Dakota Mines on Oct. 17; at home against Black Hills State on Oct. 24; at South Dakota Mines in Rapid City on Oct. 31; and at Black Hills State in Spearfish, South Dakota, on Nov. 14.

The schedule is subject to revision because of the changing nature of the coronavirus pandemic.

Information about spectator attendance will be available later.

NCAA Division II teams can play 10 games this school year and still allow players to retain their current eligibility for the fall of 2021. The RMAC also plans to allow teams to play football in the spring.
