Libertarian presidential hopeful Jo Jorgensen has a compliment for Fox News, which has offered the third party candidate a considerable amount of coverage in recent weeks.

“Perhaps Fox is fair and balanced after all,” said Ms. Jorgensen, who is on the ballot in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia.

“Left-leaning national mainstream news organizations mocked Fox News for its iconic slogan, ’fair and balanced’ — yet have blacked out the Libertarian Jo Jorgensen for President campaign while Fox News is choosing to cover her,” Ms. Jorgensen’s campaign said in a statement.

She has been featured on Fox News, Fox Business Network and Fox News Radio, and her health care plan was highlighted on a recent “Big Idea” segment on the network.

“Meanwhile, national television networks ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, and CNN have spiked nearly all coverage of the Jorgensen campaign. With a few exceptions, the same has been true of newspapers and magazines with national reach,” the campaign said.

The media marketplace has not been entirely unfriendly, however. Ms. Jorgensen has made recent appearances on C-SPAN and Glenn Beck’s Glenn TV. She says she has also received “solid coverage” from local print and broadcast sources, social media and from some foreign publications.

The candidate also reports that her campaign’s web site, Jo20.com, received “heavy traffic” during the two recent debates featuring President Trump and Joe Biden.

“Voters deserve to know that they have a third choice when they cast their ballots — a real choice for positive change, rather than settling for the lesser of the two evils. I challenge all of the national, mainstream media to emulate Fox and cover my campaign,” Ms. Jorgensen said.
