SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - The South Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the two men who died in a fiery highway crash near Sioux Falls.
Twenty-four-year-old Michael Williams and 59-year-old Charles Puthoff both died at the scene of a head-on crash on Highway 42 just west of Wall Lake Thursday, according to the patrol.
