Dwayne Johnson joins Stephen Colbert on the list of celebrities who broke down crying after the 2020 presidential election.

“The Rock” told fans on Instagram that “presumptive president-elect” Joe Biden’s performance came as a cathartic release because he was “tired of the bull—” and felt his vote represented his “two little baby girls.”

“I got a little emotional, admittedly so, I got a little emotional yesterday, manly tears of course. I may have cried a tear or two, or ten, but they were all very manly. … My vote represented my little daughters,” he said before referencing his critics.

“I made that declaration [to support Mr. Biden and Kamala Harris this year] because I was tired of the bull— and I had enough,” he added Sunday. “So I stood tall and I made that declaration and endorsement. And the heat that came my way, the sh—storm of anger, of hate, of insults, of creating these lies that came my way, to be honest with you just made me stand taller.”

Mr. Johnson’s comments came days after fellow celebrity Mr. Colbert struggled to control his emotions during an airing of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

“We all knew [Mr. Trump] would do this,” he said Nov. 6 of ongoing litigation in key states over allegations of voter fraud. “What I didn’t know is that it would hurt so much. I didn’t expect this to break my heart.”
