MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - A man who was shot in a Walmart parking lot has been arrested, police in New Hampshire said Monday.
Police in Manchester said a man and a woman met in the parking lot Sunday to exchange items that belonged to one another. They began to argue and then Colby Mann,28, stepped in and allegedly pointed a gun at the man. Then, the man pulled out a gun and shot Mann, police said. Mann was hit, but got into his vehicle and drove away. He later arrived at a hospital.
Mann was charged with criminal threatening and was to be arraigned from the hospital on Monday afternoon, police said. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer. The person who allegedly shot Mann has not been arrested.
