PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities are trying to determine how a 27-year-old man died in an industrial workplace accident Tuesday near Arizona State University’s downtown Phoenix campus.
Phoenix police said the accident occurred shortly before noon and the man was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His name wasn’t immediately released.
Police said the investigation is in the early stages as authorities try to determine what happened.
Arizona State University and Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigators are assisting in the probe.
