OPINION:
In 1956, the Ku Klux Klan tried to kill Martin Luther King Jr. by blowing up his home with his family and him in it. King then went to the local sheriff, a Democrat, to buy a gun license so he could legally own a gun — and he was denied the privilege.
Today, with Democrats rampaging all over the United States, Black Americans are buying guns at a rapid pace to protect themselves from those who would do them harm.
If King could see this country now, I’m sure he would draw similarities between Black citizens buying guns to defend themselves from left-wing evil and his own attempt to buy a gun in order to protect himself and his family from the left-wing KKK.
