Things have not gone the Green Bay Packers’ way in Sunday’s NFC championship game against the San Francisco 49ers — no more than a botched snap under center that resulted in a fumble.
For the latter, Aaron Rodgers is under fire.
The Packers quarterback was questioned for failing to dive on the loose ball after it hit the ground during the second quarter.
Aaron Rodgers just made a business decision in not even attempting to go after that fumble…

Aaron Rodgers dropped that snap and then made ZERO effort whatsoever to dive in after it. 😂

He made a “business decision” instead.
What could have been a 10 point game is about to become a 27-0 game at half. #GBvsSF #Packersvs49ers
Remember when Cam Newton got ripped for not diving after a fumble in the Super Bowl?

Aaron Rodgers has stood there and watched, twice, after he’s been stripped tonight and you won’t hear diddly about it.
You’re being paid 30 million a year and you’re in the NFC Champ. and you don’t go for the fumble? #Packers #AaronRodgers https://t.co/CDv5r1rxHQ

Green Bay’s fumble was especially costly as the Packers were having their best offensive drive of the day, and San Francisco proceeded to score points off the turnover.
The 49ers lead 27-0 at halftime.
