FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Fargo police say they have identified a man who used an ax to smash windows at the entrance of North Dakota Sen. John Hoeven’s office in the skyway in downtown Fargo.
Police have not named the man, who can be seen on security video walking up stairs into the skyway to the entrance of Hoeven’s office. The man, who was wearing a black cloth mask, first struck the secure lock system with the ax. He walked away and back down the stairs.
The vandalism was discovered Monday morning.
Police have sent their report to the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office for possible charges.
