OPINION:
In a tweet, Joe Biden, former vice president, 2020 White House hopeful, keeper of the basement key, and other such illustrious titles, yada yada and so on and so forth, wrote this: “Remember: every example of violence Donald Trump decries has happened on his watch. Under his leadership. During his presidency.”
As if Americans don’t know Democrats have become the party of the street terrorist?
It was leftist Nancy Pelosi who spent her Minority House leadership months calling on fellow leftists to join in the summers of resistance against the newly seated President Donald Trump.
It was left-wing loon congressional member from California Maxine Waters who pleaded with fellow left-wing loons to stormtroop Republicans in the streets, to “harass Trump administration officials” wherever they may be, as CNN put it, in mid-2018.
“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up,” Waters said, at a Los Angeles rally and then again, on television. “And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
Nice rhetoric for a servant of the people, yes?
It was Rep. James Clyburn, Majority Whip and the third-ranking Democrat in the House, who just this month said of Trump, “I feel very strongly that he is Mussolini,” and that the “American people had better wake up,” as Forbes wrote.
It was the leftist-controlled press and socialist-minded media who wrote such pieces as this, from Vox in October of 2019, “Impeachment is too important to leave to Congress — it’s going to take mass mobilization,” or this, from Washingtonian in January, “Where the Hell Are the Impeachment Protests?”
The widespread leftist calls for protest, protest, protest have had their effect.
The streets of leftist-controlled communities have filled, are filled, continue to be filled, with angry mob-like thugs carting bricks, Molotov cocktails and even guns. U.S. senators are being surrounded; elderly citizens are being flipped-off; innocent residents are being told to leave their homes — and take their occupying White butts with them; cars are being set on fire; and worse.
“4 people shot in NE Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood,” KOIN reported.
And Trump’s response to this leftist-inspired, leftist-driven violence and mayhem?
“Trump says he will deploy military if state officials can’t contain protest violence,” NBC News reported in June.
And this, just a couple days ago, from KATU 2: “Pres. Trump asks Gov. Brown, Mayor Wheeler to call in National Guard for Portland protests.”
And both times, the left went nuts, feigning shock and outrage at the idea of Trump unleashing the power of the military on U.S. citizens. And both times, the left rubbed hands in glee, watching and exploiting the violence for political purposes, seeing a win-win whichever way Trump went: Send in the military, and Trump is a dictator; don’t send in the military, and Trump is an ineffective leader.
Enter Joe Biden.
Enter Joe Biden with his no-good-message, no-solid-platform, nothing-nothing basement-run campaign against Trump — to try and seize on that “ineffective leader” message.
“Remember,” Biden tweets.
“Every example of violence Donald Trump decries has happened on his watch,” Biden tweets.
Nice try.
Because Americans know: Every example of violence has happened at the pressing of the left, at the doing of the left, at the mind-blowing wickedness of the left. Americans know.
Americans know — and Americans, this November, will vote for peace.
