It’s my pleasure to be with you at this very critical situation in Iran. The dictatorship in Iran fears the great uprising of November 2019, and the scenario of an escalation of the next uprising. The international community, as well as Albania, must recognize the right of the Iranian people and the resistance to establish freedom and democracy in Iran. The Albanian government has taken a very strong position against the Iranian regime’s terrorist activities. I’m so happy to be part of the Albanian government that, with the leadership of our Prime Minister Edi Rama, has helped and supported the relocation of MEK people here in Albania, We officially announced that these are serious threats to international peace and security and expelled the Iranian regime ambassador, as well as three diplomats in the Iranian Embassy for their engagement in terrorist plots. The dossier of human rights abuses by Iran includes the killing 120,000 children of Iranian people, massacre of 100,000 political prisoners, and killing over 1,500 Iranian protesters in November 2019, must be referred to the U.N. Security Council.

I support Madame Rajavi for her 10-point plan for the future of Iran. She’s a respected leader, an impressive woman, and a very good friend. The plan offers the people of Iran a free and democratic country. I am proud to support Iranian women who are calling for change and democracy. I admire their courage and determination.

All of us in Albania from different political parties are united about freedom and democracy for Iran. We stand firm with Madame Rajavi, the people of Ashraf, and the Resistance Units fighting for freedom in Iran. You have so many friends across the globe. Of course, many of those are Albanians, and I’m also one of those helping and supporting you in different situations, and I will remain always and forever your friend.
