OPINION:
Some fear the results of the pandemic will usher Joseph Biden right into the White House. Wouldn’t he and former Georgia Rep. Stacey Abrams make a great team?
If Mr. Biden should win, our battered stock market would be devastated. Consumer confidence would be nonexistent. And just imagine Mr. Biden in a trade conference with Xi Jinping, head of the Communist Party of China and president of the People’s Republic of China, or with Russian President Vladimir Putin or and Kim Jong-un of North Korea.
We would turn into a sanctuary country and be overtaken by illegals to whom “Sleepy Joe” would probably give immunity and full citizenship. Income and corporate tax rates would have to be upward of 50% to be able to begin to service the multitude of government handouts he would implement. And I’m sure President Biden would want to pay the bankrupt state pension funds (New York and California, for example).
Being Catholic wouldn’t stop Mr.Biden from funding Planned Parenthood, either, I bet.
The poster boy for refusing to turn the other cheek, President Donald Trump, is our only chance of once again making this country and our economy the richest, most successful in the history of the world.
