PHILADELPHIA — The Washington Redskins are halfway through pulling off a massive season-opening upset.
Behind Case Keenum’s two touchdowns and Dustin Hopkins’ two field goals, the Redskins lead 20-7 over the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles were even booed off the field as time expired.
The Redskins have been effective through the air as Keenum has 257 yards and a 141.7 passer rating. Third-rounder Terry McLaurin has also had a big day, hauling in three catches for 104 yards — including a 70-yard bomb from Keenum.
The Eagles’ lone score came off a 51-yard strike from Carson Wentz to DeSean Jackson
