Imax has teamed up with recording artist Kanye West for a “Jesus is King” film deal ahead of the release of his new album by the same title.

The mini-documentary will run exclusively in Imax theaters on Oct. 25.

“Filmed in the summer of 2019, ’Jesus Is King’ brings Kanye West’s famed Sunday Service to life in the Roden Crater, visionary artist James Turrell’s never-before-seen installation in Arizona’s Painted Desert,” the company said a statement, THR reported Saturday. “This one-of-a-kind experience features songs arranged by West in the gospel tradition along with music from his new album ’Jesus Is King’ — all presented in the immersive sound and stunning clarity of Imax.”

A recent listening party for the “Jesus is King” album revealed lyrics that blast the entertainment industry for poisoning the culture.

“Closed on Sunday” urges listeners to walk away from social media platforms such as Instagram, and “LA Monster” speaks of a city where everyone is “selling their souls, everyone saying they woke, but they sleepwalking, dead, eyes closed.”

“They lettin’ Satan run they streets,” he warns at another point, Fox News reported Monday.
