The Washington Redskins turned to rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins with 6:35 left in the second quarter in Sunday’s game against the New York Giants, benching quarterback Case Keenum.
The Redskins trail 14-0 and Keenum was largely ineffective on offense. He threw an interception on the Redskins’ first drive and badly missed Trey Quinn twice.
