A judge ruled Friday that convicted felon Bill Cosby must pay a $2.75 million legal fee as he wraps up his first year in prison.

The 82-year-old former comedian had challenged an “egregious” arbitration award from one firm leading up to his 2017 trial for sexual assault in Pennsylvania.

The judge decided to uphold the arbiter’s approval of a request by a Los Angeles-based law firm — Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan — for Cosby to pay $7 million of the $9 million, according to The Associated Press.

It is unclear whether the $2.75 million legal bill is included in the $7 million arbitration.

Cosby spokesperson Andrew Wyatt wouldn’t comment on the payment, but said he is holding up well and mentoring other inmates in the Philadelphia prison.

Cosby was convicted of aggravated indecent assault in 2018 for molesting and drugging a woman in 2004.

More than 60 women have accused him of other sex crimes, but the statute of limitation has run out in nearly all their cases.

Cosby has appealed his conviction to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. His net worth is listed at $400 million.
