The Philadelphia Flyers know it can be hard to be a sports fan. Sometimes your team plays so poorly that you just want to break something.

So they’ve opened a “Disassembly Room” at the Wells Fargo Center for fans to leave their seats and take out their anger on household items like TVs, dishware and guitars.

ESPN reported that the idea of a rage room originated in Japan, but this is the first to open inside a pro sports venue.

Baseball bats, hockey sticks and sledgehammers are available to fans to start destroying whatever they please. But fans must make a reservation ahead of time — they can’t just show up if they’re mad the Flyers fell behind by a couple goals.

“Disassembly Room” visitors are also given protective gear, as illustrated by this video the team released Tuesday:
