It would be natural for the Washington Redskins — or any NFL team, for that matter — to want to hire Lincoln Riley this offseason. The Oklahoma coach is seen as an offensive innovator, and his success with Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray has teams clamoring to speak with him.
But if the Redskins are hoping to land Riley, the interest isn’t reportedly mutual.
According to NFL insider Benjamin Allbright, the Redskins would not even be a “consideration for him if he were to ever have eyes for the league.”
Skins fans may be wanting Lincoln Riley, but source tells me “…that job would not be a consideration for him if he were to even have eyes for the league…”

BetOnline, an online sports book, lists Riley as a 50-1 shot to land the Redskins’ job. Based on this report, it appears it would be smarter to place your money elsewhere.
