There are first pitches, and then there are first pitches done by Simone Biles. 

The latter is a must-see.

The four-time Olympic gold medalist did a spectacular standing backflip with a twist before Wednesday’s Game 2 of the World Series. Biles, a Houston native, pulled off the move before the throw.

Speaking to NBC Sports, Biles said she was “terrified” of making a mistake in front of the Minute Maid Park crowd. But as it turns out, she had nothing to worry about.
