RICHMOND, Maine (AP) - Maine State Police detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a Richmond man who was found inside his home.

Police say the body of 48-year-old Andrew Sherman was found Friday by a friend who went to check on him after he had not been heard from in a few days.

Kimball lived alone and had not worked in recent years because of injuries he suffered in a car crash.

An autopsy has been completed, but police are not releasing the details.

State police detectives, Richmond police and evidence technicians have been at the home since Friday night.

Police would like to hear from anyone who had seen or heard from Sherman in the last week.
