LITHONIA, Ga. (AP) - Authorities in Georgia say a fast-food employee fatally shot one man during an argument and wounded another.
DeKalb County police spokesman Sgt. J.D. Spencer told news outlets that a Subway employee and two men began arguing at the restaurant Monday night.
Spencer says the argument continued outside the restaurant, where the employee fired several gunshots at the men.
He says responding officers found one of the men dead and the other wounded. The wounded man was hospitalized in critical condition.
Police are questioning the employee. The names of the victims and the employee weren’t immediately released.
