A Florida man was arrested and charged with battery Saturday after he allegedly groped a Disney princess during a photo op at Walt Disney World.

Brian Sherman, 51, and his wife were reportedly in the grotto area of Magic Kingdom when they entered the photo area with an unspecified Disney princess, who Mr. Sherman repeatedly told her she was her favorite.

The police report — which was given to Fox News — says Mr. Sherman “placed his right arm around” the princess’ shoulder, making her feel “immediately uncomfortable.” While the photographer was distracted with the line, Mr. Sherman also cupped the woman’s bra.

After other character performers allegedly attempted to have Mr. Sherman pose differently to not touch the woman, Mr. Sherman cupped her breast again, this time under her costume with his finger and thumb with “only the thin skin-tight fabric” between.

Once the pictures were taken and the man left, the woman “began shaking and crying” and the meet and greet area was closed down shortly after.

A Disney World representative said in a statement to Fox News: “Orange County Sheriff’s Office was on site and immediately stepped in, and this is now a law enforcement matter. Everyone should feel safe at work, and we encourage Cast Members to come forward in any uncomfortable situation.”

The Disney princess will reportedly press charges against Mr. Sherman.
