2 workers shot to death inside South Carolina store

DENMARK, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say two employees at a convenience store in South Carolina have been shot and killed in a robbery.

Bamberg County Coroner Billy Duncan said the workers were killed around 10:40 p.m. Thursday at the Po Boy store on U.S. Highway 78 in Denmark.

Duncan told WRDW-TV that the names of the employees have not been released.

The State Law Enforcement Division is investigating the killings.
