It’s been a rough few weeks for Bryce Harper. In his last 28 days, the Philadelphia Phillies star is hitting just .198 from the plate. During that span, he’s been called out by a teammate and also booed at home.

He’s even being blasted by the band Smash Mouth on Twitter.

Smash Mouth, best known for their hit “All-Star,” ripped the former Nationals star for choosing the Phillies over the San Francisco Giants. (Smash Mouth is from San Jose, California.)

The Giants were in pursuit of Harper in the offseason, but Harper signed a 13-year, $330 million deal with Philadelphia instead.

This isn’t the first time Smash Mouth has made headlines for their sports takes. They’ve also sounded off on the Oakland A’s and Draymond Green in the past.

How should Harper react? Perhaps the best thing for the six-time All-Star to do is just to get his game on and go play.
