VICTOR, N.Y. (AP) - A truck driver has died after being pinned under a tractor-trailer at a Home Depot in western New York.
Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say 65-year-old Brian Perry of Kirkwood was an independent truck driver dropping off a shipment at the Home Depot loading dock in Victor on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators believe Perry was adjusting a rear tire when the trailer shifted, pinning him between the tire and the trailer bed.
His body was found some time later by a Home Depot employee.
