Former NFL tight end Kellen Winslow II is in legal trouble again after allegedly performing “lewd actions” in a gym in front of a 77-year-old woman.

Winslow was placed in jail without bail. He was already on house arrest for charges from 2018 of kidnapping and rape, charges to which he has pleaded not guilty and planned to fight in court.

The accusations include Winslow touching himself in front of the woman and inappropriately touching her on her arm and her foot in a hot tub.

Also worth noting: When Winslow was arrested in 2014 for possession of synthetic marijuana, he was only caught with the substance because someone reported to police that they saw him sitting in his parked car, masturbating.

Winslow was the sixth overall draft pick in 2004 and bounced around the league with the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots and New York Jets. He is the son of Hall of Fame tight end Kellen Winslow.
