OPINION:
Surely it is time Minessota Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was thrown out of the Democratic Party (“Ilhan Omar repeats anti-Semitic trop against Jewish congresswoman,” Web, March 3). At a minimum, she should be relieved of her position on the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
She is a disgrace to Congress and to the Muslim Americans she claims to represent. I am sure her constituents are not all anti-Semites.
Ms. Omar’s racism is so ingrained in her core that she is unaware of the vile statements she repeatedly makes.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi must take action or own the charge her party tolerates racism.
