DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - Police have issued an arrest warrant for a man and arrested another person in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman in Davenport.
The Quad-City Times reports police said Monday they had issued an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Arthur K. Lobley charging him with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery and intimidation with a dangerous weapon. On Saturday, police in Rock Island, Illinois, arrested 18-year-old Craig W. Coleman on the same charges.
Both men are from Rock Island. Lobley has been serving a sentence at an Iowa prison in Fort Dodge on an unrelated charge.
The men are accused in the May 4 fatal shooting of 19-year-old Destiny Orr-Clark. She was killed at a park near Old Town Shopping Center.
Iowa court records don’t list the name of attorneys who could comment for the men.
